Terms & Conditions - short list
- By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
- Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
- Please note that local taxes, customer and duties may occur.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All hair extension items are final sale, exchange only on unopened hair.
- 30-day return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.
- Ugeat Professional Store human hair extensions are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application and the extensions will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that this product lasts and works properly. Ugeat Professional Store will not refund any orders for issues with slipping.
- Ugeat Professional Store will only speak with professional hairstylists with valid cosmetology license for all issues regarding slipping.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company, Ugeat Professional Store. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Return & Exchange Policy: ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, EXCHANGE ONLY.
All ugeat professional store extensions come sealed with a security void label. Once opened, the hair cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broke, no exceptions can be made. Absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color
We will gladly accept any exchanges or return within the 30 days of delivered, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges or returns are required to meet the return standards. Exchange or return requests must be made within the 30 days of delivered. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for refunded orders. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged $20.00 for shipping in U.S and a $30.00 fee for rest countries shipment to exchange or return the product.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- 30-days return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.
- Ugeat assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise.
- You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
- Allow up to 1 week for the credit to appear on your statement.
Eligibility to purchase
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information to use for future disputes. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms of Use.
Payment
All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Exclusions and Limitations

Delivery of items
It may take 1 business day to process your order. Custom orders take 6 weeks to prepare and ship. Ugeat professional store does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.
Duties and taxes
All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination.
Education
Our online education course is for professional licensed cosmetologists only. There are no refunds after the sale of the education course. The education course is for further training and entertainment. This course does not replace actual training and cosmetology school. We are not responsible for any installations or applications performed by our "online stylists".
Colors
It is advised that you use a color ring to select your colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be exactly the same of the color of the hair.
Certification
Ugeat Professional Store Online Education allows professional licensed cosmetologists to become "certified" only after fulfilling all requirements including completion of online course, passing the quiz, and sending in photos to verify skills.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

At the event of when a product is sold out, Ugeat professional store has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Ugeat professional store shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
